What Happens After You Pay?
After your payment is completed, you will receive a welcome letter from Zoë Life CCP within 48 hours with your next steps, material submission instructions, and a link to schedule your Author Strategy Session.
During your Author Strategy Session, we will review your book vision, launch goals, target audience, publishing needs, and promotional direction so we can create a clear path forward for your project.
Your publishing timeline begins once your required materials and strategy session are completed. Manuscripts must be proofread and finalized unless editing has been purchased as an add-on.
This process helps us move with excellence, protect your launch, and give your book the attention it deserves. Your story matters — and we want to handle it with order, care, and legacy in mind.
Refund Policy & Client Responsibility
All payments for the Spring4WD Publishing Package are non-refundable due to the nature of publishing, digital services, strategy, and creative preparation.
Once payment is submitted, Zoë Life CCP begins preparing your welcome letter, intake process, Author Strategy Session, publishing review, and project timeline. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, client delays, incomplete manuscript submission, missed deadlines, or failure to complete onboarding steps.
Your project timeline begins after your required materials and Author Strategy Session are completed.
Clients are responsible for submitting all requested materials in a timely manner. Delays in submitting materials may delay the publishing and launch timeline.
Publishing support, creative direction, and promotional guidance are included based on the package purchased; however, book sales, rankings, media placements, or specific financial results are not guaranteed.
