Meet Quincy Phillips, Sr.

From the baseball field to the barbershop to the front lines of community service, Quincy Phillips has always been driven by a passion for leadership and impact. A 1997 graduate of Greenville High School in Greenville, MS, he was an active member of the Solid Gold Marching Band and played baseball for the Hornets.

His journey led him to the barbering profession, where he earned his license from Traxler's School of Hair and later became a licensed instructor through The Barber Institute. In 2004, he founded New Creation Barber Shop, which became a trusted pillar in the community for two decades.

Yet, Quincy's calling to serve extended beyond the barber chair. Today, he works as a school resource officer in Brandon, MS, where he is also a member of the SWAT team, protecting and mentoring the next generation. A devoted father to TaMiya, Quincy Jr., and Quinton, Quincy is passionate about the vital roles of fatherhood and sonship.

He believes that strong men create strong families, and strong families build thriving communities. His mission is to empower others to live with purpose, integrity, and excellence. Whether through mentorship, leadership, or service, Quincy continues to inspire individuals to step into their full potential and make a lasting impact.
